Optimistically Resilient
It’s a wonderful thing to be optimistic. It keeps you healthy and it keeps you resilient.

In a post titled “The Incredible Resilience of Water Bears ” by the Northern Woodlands website, these little chub-chub microscopic creatures affectionately nicknamed “water bears” can withstand some of the harshest environments known to man. “Various studies have found tardigrades can survive at altitudes of nearly 20,000 feet and to depths of 15,000 feet… are able to survive at temperatures as low as negative 328 degrees… [and] they can survive in temperatures as high as 300 degrees.” That’s pretty rad for a little creature that thrives “on a diet of algae, moss, and other small plants.”
