It’s time for the New Year’s “you gotta get healthy” pitch. PBS News has a timely video article with transcript about “How exercise may be the ‘most potent medical intervention ever known’ .” You don’t need a gym membership - “The first thing is, any movement is better than none. So, if you’re in a sedentary job or you’re not used to moving much, then just stand up. Standing up is a good start.” Touching grass is also a fine way to move about.
