Big Brains Do Positive
Say and do something positive that will help the situation; it doesn’t take any brains to complain.

Since zombies don’t exist and we don’t have to worry about them coming after our brains , it’s a safe bet that nurturing a healthy, positive brain is a good thing. And, according to the Mayo Clinic , positive thinking helps with stress management and can improve health. And though an article at Snopes determines the oft quoted stat that it takes more muscles to frown than smile may be unproven, so what. Smiles are beautiful and spread happy. Frowns, not so much. Spread the happy.
