Reflections
The brain is a muscle and needs constant exercise lest it atrophy. One way to add some healthy exercise for the brain is to try to think positive thoughts: engage in introspection, think about things to be grateful for, take many brief breaks throughout the day to force a smile and recall happy memories. This isn’t easy to do. And that’s why I put time and effort into posting on this website because it forces me to try to come up with positive things to think about. Maybe a post or two will help you, too, add a little happy exercise to the gray matter.
